I found the service at Micks Marine to be excellent.

I have dealt with most of the marine mechanics in the west over the years and these days Mick pretty much has the monopoly on the goings on in the west motor wise. He hasnt done anything special ( other than actually doing the work he has said he is going to do) but he has let all the other clowns falter around him...
Get Wet... Lucky if the f#%ker is still alive
Corey Gucci...as was said earlier bad facebook reviews but he has always been a crook.
Hot Spice...I wont even go there.

I know Mick personally and he is a genuine bloke who will take the time to help you with all your boating needs ( he also loves a chat!)

Funny you mention Get Wet, I used to use Ash years ago. He all of a sudden disappeared from the face of the earth, it was pretty clear to me at the time he had some personal issues he was going through. A couple of times I would book in a service and come there with the boat and he wouldn't even be open mid week for no apparent reason. Not even a phone call to let me know he would be closed.

A couple of my friends use John from Mainline Marine in Williamstown, they can't speak highly enough of him.
