what new ones have you got steveo...

I had a pair of neoprene waste waders custom made but with a soft sealing band around the top like the other kayak dry pants
the main differences are first they don't leak like the breathable material the so called dry pant use and the neoprene material insulates better
I only wear a set of thermals under them and some thin socks

these are very dry and I doubt would leak much even swimming in the surf zone

one of the big problems with my kayak is you sit in a bucket of water all day and the foot wells also fill with water ( my Lovigs use to have about a cup of water in each foot sock each trip ) being wet is also being cold - also it's fairly common to sit like on a surf board with my feet in the water which is quite stable even in some ugly seas

but I think these pants will be far to warm in the warmer months
My kayak PBs
Gummy shark 128 Cm - Elephant fish 85 Cm - Snapper 91 Cm - KG Whiting 49 Cm - Flathead 55 Cm - Garfish 47 Cm - Silver Trevally 40 Cm - Long Tail Tuna 86 Cm - snook 64 Cm - Couta 71 Cm - Sth Calamari 44 Cm hood - Cobia 117 cm

They look the goods. Custom made will also fit perfectly so that's a bonus.. you can try some waterproof socks too if your keen.
Maybe the other ones can be used in summer

So you're like I'm just gonna throw this whole squid with 6/0 hook and 'whatttt a whiting on the 6/0 hook??!!' :o_0:
Ahahaha ...
Pretty sure that's not the case.

Thanks, now I just have to figure out which gummy water. Shouldn't be too hard, probably 3000 km or shoreline.

Ah i think its just me that hasn't been spending enough time
I know you're joking, but I got my P.B KGW (48cm, not a thumper but still not behd, 2 seconds in, not behd, not behd, good size) as bycatch on a half pilchard on a big hook. Might have been 5/0 circle. The big girls smash pillys.
Uh yeah I was joking... And whattt?? Really?? Kgw on 5/0 hook?? :notworthy:
Yep. Big time fluke though lol
