He supplies everything and all gear is good quality. Have look on facebook under Victorian Inland Charters. Mark. thats pretty good.

Re: Advice needed
i have never fished there myself, but if you look at the afn fishing map for western port (about $10) it will give you a heap of areas for different fish, I believe it also has some gps marks, should give you some places to try.

Re: Eildon mid day tactics
Having not yet fished Eildon for cod I'm no expert, but I would be looking to troll deep divers in around 5-10m of water.
Be worth taking a couple of pieces of cheese or chicken to try as bait around the trees.

Lake Eildon April May
Thinking of taking the family up to Eildon for a bout a week at the end of April. Will fish the lake from a boat, maybe spend a couple of hours fishing the pondage and maybe do a bit 4wding. Have fished the lake only a couple of times during the winter and had some success trolling tassie devils for...

Grew up freshwater fishing the north and north east of Victoria as a boy with my dad. Didn't fish much for a while after leaving school. I have a young son of my own now and bought a boat last year and have been getting back into a little bit of freshwater fishing along with the little fella and the...
