For the reel in that budget I would be looking at the stradic ci4 in 2500 from shimano or spend a bit more and pick up a daiwa like a caldia lt, luvias or gekkabijin air. For braid I would be looking at J braid grand in 6lb or majorcraft dangan x8 pe 0.6 will need a fair bit of backing on the strad...

picked up the ci4+ plus today, very happy with it. Nice feeling reel.
