I've moved to Geelong recently myself and had some successful sessions on the Barwon trolling HBs of about 70mm that dive 2-3m where you mentioned. Pretty cruisy fishing

Anyone know if there are legally accessible structures for land based fishing out at Point Henry? Not much out there but seems like it could be an okay spot for when the Geelong waterfront gets packed out. Running hot down at North Shore about an hour ago. My son & I just stopped by for a look but had rods in the car. The water was boiling with them, so had to get amongst it. Young fella landed one at 45cm
