Its hard to believe a Government has kept it's word... yet here we are witnessing it happening.

Realistically.. I don't think tourism kept away from lakes because it was being fished by commercial operators.

Come to think of it lakes has always been packed with tourism at any holiday time of year.

Now if one person catches the bag limit for all persons aboard, while all said persons are not actively catching their limit but are present... that is the question.
