The weed is what provides refuge to a lot of the fish and aquatic fauna there. If you kill the weed, you'd kill the ecosystem. Plenty of pinkies, should we be raising the size limit?

I ventured out onto the bay on Sunday, looking for pinkies on plastics. 3inch paddle tails and turtleback worms with a 1/8th Jighead worked a treat. Caught heaps of fish . Just on legal. 28-29cm. isnt 16lb a bit heavy for just squidding? on my squid rod, I run 10lb at most because I get more casting distance but that's just me personally.
