Yea mate haven’t counted but got around 10 now I think the last 2 decent size. Let many go that I would usually catch back home in port Melbourne(bay trout) still size but not after those one

Jason if those southern end piers are too far for you to go to, try Beaumaris or even mordialloc piers mate.
I have caught plenty of nice squid from both those piers :thumbsup:

A lot of the good beaches I know are much further. I just got back from Venus bay and we did alright with a mixed bag of salmons, mullet and a nice size tailor as well.
