Geelong's wangim walk yesterday 10th April

I did all the house work the day before and let the Mrs sleep in, and I got to go fishing early morning yesterday. Gotta keep the family happy. Family first. So off I went to Geelong's wangim walk with a mate. Drizzly rain, SW wind, cold. We were the first there and was expecting no one would be the...

Re: What is the most important thing you'd spend $$$ on?

Get yourself a hand held fish finder for a start. They are very good and can help a lot when fishing a new spot. Other than that, I try to avoid anything Daiwa. I second that, couple years ago bought a Daiwa egg rod and about 2months later it just snapped while casting the lure so no more Daiwa for me

Nong bream

Been a while since I fished the Nong. Haven't fished there since I started BFS, right before covid I think. Was into trout fishing and the bream fishing was on pause. That's until today! I snagged this solid healthy specimen of southern black bream. More specifically, Nong's bream! Not big at 27.5cm...

Massive Mulloway School Video

Hi guys, I know that I’m opening up pandoras box by posting this - though I am genuinely after some validation that I’m not imagining what what I’ve witnessed - and captured on video. I also know that people tend to keep very tight lipped about the topic, and I’m not going to post exactly where this...
