Just to get back.on topic. If you want to catch kgw at the moment my advice would be to fish the shallow flats within 100 m of the red markers east of Raymond Island. I fished around the Barrier Landing and Fraser Is today and managed 2 KGW at 35 cm and lost a much larger one next to the boat. All caught on prawn. At last, finally, a couple of KGW! A few small salmon gave me false hopes but good gummy bait.
