Trout Opening on the Goulburn river

Great to catch a fish of this size but you wouldn,t have lost anything by not eating it. Hatchery fish live on pellets, the flesh is creamy instead of the bright orange or red of wild fish, and they don,t taste great. Didn't quite make it to 50% but I'm still predicting around 55% for when we are up there. Once this release finishes it should rise steadily for a little while. fingers crossed anyway.
