Re: Beno's Land Based Guide To Balnarring & Surrounds

Another option with burley, is to go down at low tide and every metre or so dig a hole and bury some burley in it, as you walk backwards towards the high tide mark.

Then go back down just before high tide and fish.

Re: Surf rod recommendation

With the wind and weed being bad and especially when I have days off I have only used it once. But I loved it, cast a mile and feels solid in the hand but also pretty light. Well it is compared to the old glass fishing rod I had. Actually that rod caught 5 gummy’s when we went so was stoked

Hey all,
Popped down this morning and it was beautiful, water like glass.managed a few snook all around the 50cm mark, kept one for a feed and released the rest. Used a zman slim swim in bad shad, caught a 25cm pinky as well.
Cheers
