What are you good at, average and not very good? With tips and tricks

Was reading Bugatti's and ChrisD's comments earlier on how bait fishing works well for them, some are a keen lure fisherman. I grew up fishing for India.
Mostly bait\course fishing background. My uncle introduced me to the sport when i was a teenager and then I sort of taught myself.
I moved to Australia 5 years ago, made some lovely friends off this forum and now try and catch everything around me.
