Re: How far do you cast away from your boat??

main reason for casting away from boat is to get more distance between your lines so its easier to avoid tangles when more active fish start running around and wrapping lines up

Re: Corona virus part 2

the govt says you can take your dog for a walk as long as you social distance. Ergo that would be a green light for any other outing as long as you are keeping your distance. Pretty sure if more than one on a boat it is not social distancing, so its not impossible cops could stop that. Nothing wrong...

Re: Is Fishing Allowed under newest lockdown measures

At the end of the day its like squeezing out the last bit of toothpaste...getting hard to justify and it will all be stopped in black and white pretty soon. So its better to accept it now in the spirit of what it is all trying to achieve. It kinda sets a poor example to others who will think well if...

Re: Corona virus part 2

Taking it all back to basic principles of what they are trying to achieve. 1. Basics human needs to keep people healthy>>a degree of being allowed outside to exercise and get some fresh air, even prisoners get that=Short period of time outdoors, generally requiring less travel, to prevent cabin feve...

Re: Corona virus part 2

As I said once before, beware of quick fixes. I think Peter Collignon is right on the money - get the numbers down, lift some of the restrictions bringing back same normality, deal with an ongoing small numbers of cases and sporadic outbreaks and do this for the long haul until there is a vaccine. ...
