Just so I get the picture if this is your hooK below. On what side do you push the loop through the eye? I must admit I never gave it much thought. But I do it from the right whenever I tie a paternoster rig. Not for any reason though.

Left ->J<- right

From the left on that drawing mate, bear in mind, they're off twisty droppers, so you push through a loop of line, and f3ed the hook back through. Looks weird when you see it set up, but works so well...
