First trip for tings
At werribee ramp 5am and not many boats so launched and shot down to wedge ti try for tings and for 4hrs fishing we only managed 7 due to millions of pinkies and wasted more than a kilo of pippies
Water was a bit murky so squid were slow and only got one ,quit at 10am and back to a quiet ramp

I suppose this is the result of removal of netting in the bay which is better for future snapper stocks

Re: Wedge 28/12am
Id say no.
Every year the buggers come out,you just need to keep moving/ trying new areas /depths to where you find the kgw r thick n you will not have much of a issue with pinkies.
Prob go tonight and try not to find pinkies.
Prob start fishing at the start of cambell cove huts in 5/6 Meters of water.
