Whiting st Leonards

Hi all
Just brought myself a boat this weekend and looking at heading out for whiting at st Leonards any tips on where to get them and bait , rigs etc Thankyou

I think they're everywhere, anywhere between st Leonard and Clifton springs.

Rig wise, a light 1-3 kg rod, a nibble tip rod is best, 2500 reel with 10lb line. Paternoster rig with 1/0 KL hook or long shank #4 or #6. Squid strip of pipis for bait.
