Sooo....don't want to be branded as a racist...but what about China spreading mis-information about Australia in the next stage of their campaign to use the economical power they hold as consumers to flex on us for asking about an inquiry into the origins of the virus....?
No one in the media or other points of discussion seem to think this is a major issue....pretty concerning imo
Disclaimer: My opinion.
The CCP is a propaganda machine of insane proportions and should not be trusted under any circumstances.
However, the Chinese export market represents 31% of all agricultural exports from Australia, and in Victoria, Education and Education based tourism are the two largest exports, a good chunk of which is bought by China ( I can't remember the exact amounts off the top of my head.)
The Australian Government, having already fisted the economy and then having to deal with bushfires and now this pandemic, along with the rest of the world, is absolutely in the right to question the origin of the virus, and more importantly question the response and misinformation presented throughout the pandemic. However, they need to tread a very very fine line in order to not **** China off to the point where they completely gut the economy and negatively affect the quality of life of quite a few of the more vulnerable people in Australian society
