You out your handline on your chest or heart to cover the wind, while other hand swinging the line to cast.When you get the momentum and timing right and ready cast together with handline upward. That is dragon heart fist technique. This shaolin style.

Demonstrate it fishing/catching fish prove it to be effective over a rod and reel. The whole wanna be wu tang angler is getting tiresome mate.
