Well I think anyone towing any type of trailer will cop a fine. They have to pay for all this somehow might as well let the Dickheads pay for it.

apparently allowed to take for a service, just like a car. i wouldnt want to be arguing though wiht the popo.
one of the mobs locally are even offering free towing from your residence if you want to get the service done by them (trailer repairs)
