Maybe just try tracing back the wire and making sure it's all plugged in and connected properly before paying someone.

Good luck.
Cool, ill give that a look too. I did have a quick look under the back and didnt notice anything wrong. The XLT Ranger (which i have) comes with a tow pack as standard so im guessing it should all be ok. But i did buy it used so who knows.

Nude Up, i am using a trailer light bar from BCF which uses normal incandescent bulbs and not LED. My last car was a VF SS Wagon and i never had any problems with the lights before which is why i suspected something was up with the car when none of the lights would work. Which the guy i took it to confirmed.

Unless you can easily get to the back of the fuseboard, You've probably done all you can
It'll be a simple fix, for a professional
I've heard the trailer bloke in Railway ave is quite reasonable
Cheers Gra
Edit:- Robert at Elroc auto electrics, in Old Geelong rd, is good. He won't rip you off, but, he's not cheap
Somewhere like Autobarn, who has a radio etc installer, he'd know as well

Thanks mate, ill check them out when i have some spare cash.

I originally went to OZ Trailer Parts on Old Geelong Road to see if they could check it out for me. And he sent me next door to Blueys Utes, which isnt really a mechanic.. more of a ute outfitter. Thats why he couldnt really do much when he couldnt get in to the fuse box that has the trailer fuses, he was worried he might cause more damage.

I was able to get in to it later after a bit of trial and error and a read of the manual (its a multi level fuse box, and its not obvious how to get to the bottom part).
