Looking for some good binocular's for use on the boat. eg for looking for feeding birds, whales etc...

Mid-range but will spend more if it’s worth it.
Not crazy expensive. say $300 - $800

Spend a bit more and get a radar that will pick them up from miles away

I have a pair of bushnells 7x50 on the boat they don’t fog up clear and very good vision. They sell cheap to really dear ones a mate bought mine in the states for me so the price was ok.

ok a few suggestions.
id look for 8x42s, 10x42s or 10x50s.
bushnell trophy - under $200
vortex diamondback or viper - $300-800
Nikon monarch - around $5-600

unless your using them for something more than just on the boat id stick to something like the bushnell trophy's. if you want something a bit better have a good look at the offerings from vortex and say bushnell elite's.

The best value for money binos out there are vortex diamondbacks. 8x42 would be the absolute highest magnification id go on a boat. You’ll get em for low $300’s

They also come with a lifetime warranty. Great glass.

I run Nikon pro staff 7s 10x42 for hunting but only Cos I got them cheap enough second hand off a mate who was upgrading. Otherwise I’d have vortex
