Lures for pike

Post by Travis » Fri Jul 24, 2020 11:51 pm

Hi guys, I’m just wondering what the most successful lure that you have caught pike on is?. I have been using a rapala f4 with success but after the last four trips have been zilch. Generally troll around Prince George bank.

i've had them take everything from a 3g metal to a 30cm stickbait.

If I had to pick one any casting metal would be it.

Never really targetted them specifically, but have caught them on a variety of smaller metals. soft plastics, x-raps and the like.

They aren't fussy so if you're not catching them maybe they're not around or not hungry

Sebile Magic Swimmer, hardbody, fast sinking.
