Mate...I'm not risking an argument with authorities over the technicalities of what is classified as 'recreational'....and the majority of Metro Melb doesnt live within 5km of water either

Plenty of drains you can use to channel your inner course fisher and drag a bunch of mangy old carp out of.

Cant even fish the drains...it says in the latest DHHS guidelines that you cant go fishing for the purpose of exercise (page 14)
