Was at least one murder, a lot of punchups and one boat drilled full of holes in lakes entrance, at the time

I didn't know we were alowed to shoot sharks and seal with shotguns back then. Sammy the Seal would have to think twice before stealing the fisherman's catch with a 12 guage pointing at him lol

We often caught Bronzies and Mako to send to market. A shot in the head made them easier to haul onboard. Seals would have a go at the bag of fish when hauling it up. Some people would shoot them, other would fire into the water near them , to scare them off. You don't see many guns on boat these days
