Quite a lot I've never bothered to measure or weigh especially things like Salmon, squid, trevally, general undersirables etc. but of those I have...
Bream: 48cm from a metropolitan drain in 40cm of water.
Estuary Perch: 47cm whilst trespassing government property.
Bass: 46cm fork. If the ruler went beyond 47cm I'd likely be able to claim the magic 50cm
Snapper: 94cm with all the big lumps and bumps.
School Shark: 4'8"
Gummy: 6'1"
Kingfish: 102 or 104cm I can't remember.
Mulloway: 113cm. Whilst half cut when under-age drinking... Don't recommend trying to ride a bike with all the gear plus a good fish pissed after copping the mother of all summer downpours...
Flathead: 74cm yank off Flinders.

Pretty impressive :tu:
A lot of right place, right time, luck, little hints and tricks from old timers and experimental experience. That last one is lost on alot of people these days in the age of salt guide, fads on social media etc.

There’s PBS that are caught by the angler with sheer hard work and there’s those who get fish due to the skill and intel of others. Nice list Cobby

Last time I checked salt guide and the likes weren't advertising their service as PB Getters. I'm not sure if things have changed recently though.
Regardless a PB is a PB no matter how, who helped you, where or when it happened, nothing changes that!!

Couldn't decide. Each unique experiences.

GT popped from Cape York, breaking a PE10 in the process. Heaviest fish and probably regarded as the 'best' capture.

Queenie landed in terrifying conditions at 1770, this was the 45 minutes into the first day of a 3 week trip in which CarlG and I didn't hook another good fish.

First and PB kingfish from Portland breakwall in 2016. This was our first success breaking into LBG and a great experience to share with two mates.

Longtail Spun and landed solo on a sketchy as hell bit of a famous ledge at Hat Head. This one probably best represents my interests in fishing. Brutal trip and I'd dropped 2 the previous morning, battling exhaustion and some crazy conditions, took a solid 30 mins to land.

Yeah agree with this sentiment.
Some fish got to feel like theyve been earned.
There is always more to learn , fish to catch , places to see and friends to make.
