Best Charter Lakes Entrance

I am taking a young man away to Lakes Entrance.
We have been able to tee it up with the Dialysis bus down there as he has kidney failure.
I am taking my small boat but do not know the area so chances of catching something is slim I guess.
I want to put him on a charter as he lives for his fishing.
Need an early one as he has to have dialysis in the afternoon each day.
Can anyone suggest a good one?
One where they have a deckhand as he also has heart failure and if he gets onto something big he might need a hand.
I really want him to catch something.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
