I would not eat any fish caught from the warmies. But if you do go for a catch and release the best times is when the power station water pump is pumping out warm water

The Yarra, Maribyrong & Melbourne docks were heavily industrialized 100 years ago
All waste from those factories went into the water.
Things like lead,zinc,cadmium & mercury to name a few.
How much of that stuff is ingested by fish, who knows
No recent studies have been carried out, as far as I know.
People buy fish from 3rd world countries and live (Woollie's freezer)
I don't think 1 fish would kill you

Did you know it's against the law to swim in the Yarra
