Hello.
So finished work at 4pm and with forecast being correct decided to go for late fish. .
Hit Altona ramp only to find every man's and his trailer at Altona....so kept driving n hit Newport ramp, ripper only half full carpark at ramp..
Hit the water around 6 and started sounding just outside Yarra pt gellibrand side, plenty of bait fish n small arches here n there....so droped the pick at ten metres ....burly few flatties that's it .
7.30 drop the pick in 5 metes to Yarra side of gelli brand carpark .
Whole silver whiting on one rod, fully Pilly on another and whiting setup with pipi on another rod and 4 th rod flicking plastic.
Result 2 30cm pinkies and few smaller then that
Came in 8pm n orderd a pizza...
