A couple of nice Perch

Post by Seniorfisho » Thu Sep 16, 2021 7:58 pm

I ventured down to the river yesterday at 5.20pm, it was bloody freezing, anyway, by 5.30pm I had 2 Perch, dropped 2 perch and had many more bites, all in a 10 minute window, then they just stopped, so I went home

Night crawlers mate. I used to use scrubbies without the same success but the last few years I have been using the Jan Juc nightcrawlers and the fish just love them. The water clarity is still bad, that's why they haven't been taking lures yet I think, but they are still going on cicadas fished at last light but they are far and few between
