Thinking of heading down tonight from Ballarat to check it out, what sort of fish do you get there and what bait normally? :)

The norm is to introduce yourself what type of fishing you are into etc that way you won't get the smart arse comments however I am unable to help I fish mostly off a boat but if you do a search you will find an abundance of information on st kilda pier. You could take the a300 and go to geelong st helens check out trellys fishing world for the weekly fishing report

I've have very little luck around the St. Kilda area in recent times, its pretty cold and no bites, other fishos get no bites too. So try your luck elsewhere I reckon, maybe down Brighton or Mordi..
