Would it be worth having a fish tonight at high tide? 43.9km SSW winds

Depends where you're fishing. If that wind is on your back then it will help gain distance on your cast.

The best time to fish is whenever you can mate, that's my theory. If you have a free moment away from work, family, whatever else, and you can sneak in a fish, then give it a crack.

If you're fishing the north of the bay just strap on a heavier sinker than normal and gear up for the cold!

Good luck if you head out

Always in with a chance of fish like snapper / pinkies coming in close during rough weather.
