Nah, was there with the missus, sneaked for 15 mins, caught one and back with the missus.
The other two guys caught like 5-6 within 5 mins.

Interesting to see some reports out of mornington - went a few times last month and it was dead quiet.
All the squid seem the be at the front of the pier where the rocks are - if conditions are good it seems like a good idea to walk down and around that rocky outcrop and fish from there instead.

Other than three of us catching squid, I didn't see any other action.

i caught nothing everyone was catching garfish around me got 1 bite using the exact same bait as everyone else then we had to leave a guy at the end of the small jetty caught a red mullet couple blokes where catching squid
