I think so, I saw someone holding dog ball thrower thing.
I was on the big pier, few people on the small jetty, one of them was you!
Today has less wind than yesterday, looks better for garfish fishing.
Try 4lb line and size 12 hook, when they're fussy, use smallest sinker possible. Don't even use a sinker if possible.
