Post by Brett » Sat Mar 05, 2011 6:59 pm

who, when and how many?

Just interested in who has fished Mt Martha and how they have gone? It is my local and most fished area at present and we always seem to get a few.

Tell you something that will bring tears to your eyes.

A bloke I was talking yesterday at the whiting challange, just happened to have a photo of something that weighed a more than a few kilos, was a bit bigger than 80 cm in length, coloured red.

Yep he caught a snapper of the rocks, near where you go. :snap: :r :reel:

Went down there this morning, and got my bag of fresh bait size squid. Might use them tonight, if I can get any sleep during today :|

About 8 weeks ago, we got 20 between 2 people, which weighed in at 5kg, all caught on pink jigs which cost $2.75 @ Rays Outdoors  best squid session I have ever had, they were smashing the jigs so hard it felt like fish biting it.

The first nights catch
