Great day on the squid

Post by Mustang38 » Mon Sep 02, 2013 9:08 pm

Saturday morning left Patterson river round 6 and headed down to Blairgowrie area chasing large Squid. We fished this area then headed towards South channnel and fished the shallow areas 4-5m's on the way across there before heading over to Queenscliff bay. We got 17 squid in total including 6 over 1.5 kg's. It was an awesome day. Still couldn't find those salmon so we'll be back to get them. Cant wait till next calm day.
