Re: KGW Gippsland Lakes
Back at Woolaston bank ,after waiting a long time for a nice day. I did get a few hours at the barrier last week for a feed. Today was looking good so launched early to beat the morning holiday makers. Up at Woolaston before daylight. Nice feed on prawns, left them biting.
All big 30-40cm

Back there again this morning. Fish were biting for an hour then they went quiet. Few small ones that went back, only keeping + 30cm.

Re: KGW Gippsland Lakes
Not heard of any. Water temperature barely got to 18c this year. Apparently there are heaps up Mallacoota way. KGWs have been so good I haven't spent anytime chucking lures.

Re: KGW Gippsland Lakes
KGW seem to be getting scarcer down the Lakes end. Lot of moves for not much result.

Still getting them early morning up inside Carstairs bank. Also went over there in the evening before all this wind started. They came on the bite an hour before dark

Well done mate.
We are up here at the moment at Captains Cove - pretty damn windy and wet!
