Hey guys,
Coming into this year I had a pb bream of 45cm which I caught quite a few years ago fishing East Gippsland with Smokin Reels (there's a report on here somewhere from that trip) and ever since then the best I could manage was 44cm, multiple times. Well this year was the year it changed, with this being my third PB upgrade for the winter. I think this is just because I'm spedning more time fishing areas where these true giant fish are on offer but there's a decent chance that technique and generally angling improvements over the years have helped as well.
