Hi,

Went out on a charter with Trevor Holmes from Victorian Inland Charters. Great morning out, got onto some big reddies, rainbow and brown trout. Lots of laughs. Would recommend to anyone wanting to fish the Grampian lakes.

Haven’t heard of that charter but if I’m up that way and after some freshwater action will keep it in mind!

I used to fish the Barton shield every year with the fishing club I was in it was a great weekend away every year I used to fish behind the sand island all the time but that was 20 years ago . I must go back

I use to fish it heaps over 10 yrs ago....it was a great place to fish.

Used Chatterbaits and surface lures.

Reddies caught on the charters and trout on surface lures.

Was my son and I and Trevor charged 200. for the 4 hours. He supplies everything and all gear is good quality.
