Went to Moorabool this morning.
7:30am-10:45am.
Donut....
I was on fly, my mate was using spoon. He hooked a small 'bow and dropped it. That's it...
At least you got out been a while for me.
Yeah, was a cold morning, but it was nice to be out, stopped by a cafe in Ballan. That cup of coffee was rejuvenating.

These two photos probably the most exciting of the morning.

What’s the first one? Cannot make out the animal.

The second one looks like a tasty snack which will make you see things.

Either wallaby or small roo.
Probably wallaby, since I saw a few of them otw to the lake, not too far.

That shroom looks like toffee apple with icing sugar. Which probably become a toffee apple after one bite.

Another donut lake trip.
7:30am-11am. Various lures. Best was a follow and side swipe from a small brown.
Full moon, fog, water wasn't chocolate but wasn't clean either.

Did you use Strike pro Bobn Spoons? They haven't been taking hardbodies and most things pink will get hits. You should have gone to the right from the top of the stairs, I can see you went left

Did both left and right.

Had a follow on the left of a brown probably 30cm.
Went to the right, a mate hooked and dropped a small trout on pink/blue spoon. I had that follow and side swipe from a small brown on the pink tassie devil.

We tried various lures, from cheapo AliExpress spoon to expensive Japanese spoons. But not strikepro bob n spoon.
Just not our luck. Oh well...

Haven't been getting good fishing sessions, fishing hasn't been exciting for me lately. Might take a break til I really want to go again
