Goulburn River Trout Opening 2020

Has anyone heard if fisheries will be stocking the Goulburn this year again with stonkers for trout opening? Obviously Vic metro won't have the opportunity to fish the opening but still curious if there may be some fish left for us city slickers...

I had a bit of a look around for it earlier in the week and couldn't find any information. I suspect they won't this year to try and avoid creating crowds but who knows
