Fishing was slow BM with only a few murray cod caught. Lots of small trout cod and some carp and a couple of silvers also. The water dropped quickly while we were there that I think didn't help. That said I think we all had a good time, cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

I think I only took 3 or 4 pics all weekend, not sure of any others who went.

Hi Brett. I thought there was only you and davo at the camp. Did anyone else attend? The least posted cod trip ever. Cheers, muzza43.

Yes mate, there was about 10 attendees, with Jim (Rod Bender) dropping in for the day also. We were going to get a group photo, but ppl snuck off fishing and we didn't realise, so it didn't happen.

Everyone (as far as I know) had a good time, there wasn't a lot of fish caught, but there where plenty of laughs had. Unfortunately the river dropped 60cm a cpl of days before everyone arrived and continued to fall while there, so I think that put a real downer on the fishing action, though we did get a few, nothing to really take a photo of though.

As previous post, I think everyone had a good time, we had a visit from Jim (rod bender) and Will (truedogs).
We got up early and tried our hardest to crack the fish, I think this would have been the most I've fished out of all the previous trips. The water level dropping by huge amounts before the event and then continuing to fall, def didn't help our cause. Some good chats, great laughs and plenty of food was had (we wont mention the amount of alcohol that was consumed)

Ppl that attended were, Myself, Dave, Murlz(Chris), Truedogs(Will), Milkman(Haydo) and friend (Jake), Boonanza and son, JohnnyT, Matari and Millzee. Drew2 (in everyone's thoughts).

Here are the only photo's I took for the weekend. Maybe others can add theirs.

A small Trouty on the troll.

A couple of metery's Dave and I picked up on the troll.

The very last fish of the trip.

It was a good time and a shame more ppl don't make the trip.

Sorry for the delay in posting, I've been run off my feet with work since we got back.

Cheers :gj:

Another great trip away. I didn't catch anything worth taking a pic of.Probably a dozen trout cod and one small Murray cod. Biggest in the boat was about 30cm. I managed to give the lads something talk about when I drove into camp. Went through a hole in the road and the boat trailer launches off the ball. I didn't realize until i pulled up and saw the dirty great furrow I had left behind. Fair dinkum if I didn't go to these things there would be nothing to tell. :tu:
Can't wait until next year. Get on it folks. :bn:
