Surface Bass

Post by Seniorfisho » Wed Apr 01, 2020 4:13 pm

I have been doing really well on the Bass lately, particulary off the surface. Such an addictive style of fishing. Anyway, this one went 40cm and was taken on a Tiemco cicada

Awesome Senior. I'll get a 40+ off the top one of these days.. My best is 35cm.

So addictive i put on surface lures while the sun is still up just in case that one decides to eat!

Cheers, Anth

Highly addictive and expensive, but it's worth the BOOF of the surface. I have been smashing them off the top the last couple weeks but now unfortunetly I can't go hunting them. They will take them in daylight but you need that kayak if you know what I mean.

Very deadly RB, worth the money for hunting Bass and EP's, the cheapies just don't seem to do the job

The tiemco cicada is my favourite bass surface lure. The OSP overreal wake is my favourite for EPS

You realise I will have to buy now don't you? They look very good, I've had a bit of success on the OSP bent minnow as well. The other cicadas that work really well are the Siglets

Sorry to twist your arm. Got a few of those Maz has recommended them. Caught a few blue rock on the Siglett can’t beat a surface bite
