some time after dark i saw people jump over the fence and fishing at the end of pier, the council is hopeless, always lock down fast, while the plan of building is far far away.

I was told it would be pulled down removed and rebuilt in 2023.No way is that going to happen!!My favoured spot and easy access for me from the northern suburbs.Any other spots I can try until they get it done?

Not at the moment I think. Water is dirty everywhere... Gonna be tough fishing in many places atm.
