I downloaded it, but I question it's value if it only keeps a record of a social interaction if it's maintained for 15mins.
Seems silly when you could catch the virus from someone in a split second. Surely it would be of more value if it logged everyone you came close to.
Anyway, I have it, but will probably never use it until restrictions are heavily lifted.

I’ve got it though not sure how valid it is like cannon said. Also not fussed at all if big brother is tracking me, my boring life could put anyone to sleep.

I don't intend on getting the app I find it interesting that all of a sudden they have developed this so called fool proof app in a matter of days and now our way of life all depends on as many people signing up give me a break. What will be next?

I didn’t get it. The privacy concerns are real although not massive as it sounds like it can’t access you GPS. I also don’t think it’d be all that useful for me because the only time I’m around anyone for 15min or more at the moment is at work and if I tested positive the first thing I’d be doing is calling the office and getting them all to get tested, so why bother with the app.

A safe/secure app? definitely a challenge for the dedicated hacker. My choice is to not download the app, cheers davo
