Goulburn river below the dam here in Vic constantly opening and closing. A lot of peoppe wading and fishing there. I too have been there many times and never thought of that.
Imagine in the drink in fast water, wader full of water, etc.

That's another reason for wearing a belt when wearing waders Sebb, if one does slip on a rocky river bottom and falls in, then lay on your back with the feet facing downstream so the head doesn't hit any boulders. That's really about all one can do when fishing fast water runs..hopefully get to a shallow run or into a slower flowing stretch of water.

Thanks Dougie, that moustache has been with on a lot of fishing trips over the years too, it's not quite as old as me though..
