Hi just wondering i never really get much luck just thinking of where too go, i can drive at least 1 1/2 hour :thumbsup:

Well freshwater you have plenty of options close by with 5 minutes :thumbsup: The plenty river behind carome homestead is a great place for carp. Yarrambat lake has trout stocked during the school holidays and also has redfin, carp & roach. The King parrot creek past flowerdale has some great fishing and is only 45 minutes drive away.

Corn is all ya need if there's little to no flow go weightless I generally just use a swivel for a bit of weight to cast the bait out. Don't forget about the humble river Yarra! E d to end it produces some quality fish
