yeah mate turning out to get quite a response! my fishing club are giving me scales for the day to accurately weigh the bags and biggest fish

Here are some pics for the weigh in and meeting point for the 7am starters.. Second pic is the weigh in at yarrambat park enter via Yan yean road and head to the carp arm on the right hand side!

The first pic is the meeting point (for those starting at 7am we will meet there before 7 meet near the gumtree on the gravel parking opposite the Mernda pub (bridge inn hotel) on plenty road!

Unfortunately, I won't be there. After a pretty busy week, I'll be staying at home and watching the cricket :???:

I'll be keeping an eye on the live updates though. I expect LOTS of crap to be caught.

Big thanks to all who entered!! We had a rather successful day on the water myself landing 4 fish

The smallest carp weighed in at 715g by dion gatt (aussie fisho)
Biggest Carp weighed in at an astonishing 2.915kg by sanny santhosharunachalam (sanny123)
And the biggest bag was a remarkable 13.495kg by Robert kitanoski (non forum member)

Great turnout approx 20 people competed but it made plenty more come down and fish the river!! I'll definately do it again next year. Thanks to Chris (widgeon58) for your help mate hats off!! I didn't win but enjoyed catchin what I did they put up some solid fights!! Great day out and everyone enjoyed the free feed at weigh in
