Another Yarra donut session

Post by ChrisD » Sun Jan 26, 2020 7:26 pm

Another donut session on the Yarra this evening.
This time at Jumping Creek Reserve in Warrendyte.
Scrub worms and corn for bait
And not even the mozzies are biting.
River is wider here and the flow is not as bad as at Yering.
I still can't get over the fact I can't even get a carp on corn....... Did someone release the carp virus and not tell us?
Will be a couple of days before I can get out again, just hope for better luck then.

Side note - amazed at all the people on kayaks with no life jackets .....
