I think they should ban him from fishing on a boat make him go land based and give us the boat so we can use it when he is fishing so he can watch us:)

yep, agree with all of the above !!!
theres no excuse, he has a boat licence, obviously a boat and a fishing licence, only one way to make it get thru to these **** heads, take his boat and forfeit his right to EVER fish again by making it impossible to get his licences back.
the courts need to come down on these guys and hopefully these extreme measures might make others think twice !!

I call them the paedofile's of our ocean !!!!!

Good to see our hard earned fish licence fees being used properly.

a man of this age should know better and has proberbly been doing it for years.take his boat sell it and contribute the funds to fund fisheries officers catching other low life scum bags who rape the system.once convicted then advertise their address and let the honest general licence holder deal with them. :Boxing: :Boxing: :Boxing: :angryfire:

ha ha ha fish99,
I bet we'd have a few volunteers to sort him. but this does stir up emotions, which to all of us fisherman that are responsible and want to preserve a resource that can be fragile, for future generations like our kids to enjoy.
I guess we can be gratefull in one respect that he was caught, hopefully it serves as a deterent, that its out there for people to read about it and think twice. but I know that there are plenty of other scum bags doing it, with no scruples.
I have no problems at all if I see someone doing it to have a go, probably not the most sensible thing to do, but the old adage of being a dobber is not cool, but in this situation I say to everyone, dial up and dobb the pricks in regards !!!

Shame on boat fishermen that do this, they have the best access to fishing and still have to take well over bag limits.

I bet he probably sells these fish to people as well, and how many others are getting away with it.

Also pet hate is people who take there kids out just to increase their catch, while not illegal, is a bit wrong. Should there be a "Boat catch limit" imposed to stop this behavior.
